A large French Art Deco Cote d'Or (Bachantes) Lalique platter, signed, 1943. The glass with elevated curved grapes decorated rim & frosted central section having three nude cavorting females amongst grapes; Clear round glass the elevated rim decorated with interspersed grapes which surrounds a central design of three bacchante type nude women figures also called '' Coupe trois figurines et raisins''. An Industrial draft test made of molded-pressed glass, made of two hot-pasted adhesive parts. Signed "Lalique France" vibrograph. Model created in 1943. Measurements: Diameter 16" (40 cm). Grand plat circulaire in verre pressé moulé et patiné. Signed Bibl.: René Lalique, Félix Marcilhac. P. 312 modèle similaire sous le n°10-406.
