Antique French Art Nouveau Christofle Gallia Silver Plated Condiment Holder

Antique French silver plated serving condiment set. There is an ornate centre handle with two engraved condiment holders standing on feet. The glass bottles are shaped to fit the holders. Measuring width 16.5cm / 6.5 inches, height 24.8 cm / 9.7 inches, and depth 6.9 cm / 2.7 inches. The stoppers are not the originals, and are not matching. There is a bit of damage to the bottom of the handle, and a slight dent to one of the condiment holders. We have not cleaned inside the bottles. The silver plating has age related patina, we have given it just a light clean. This lovely French antique condiment...

Beautiful silver plated electric blue guilloche enamel glass jar. The lid measures diameter 8.6 cm / 3.38 inches and the base is diameter 9.1 cm / 3.58 inches. Height is 3cm / 1.18 inches. Wonderful antique Edwardian round bevelled edge table mirror, featuring classic sterling silver all over repousse decoration with flowers, leaves and scrolls. There is a plain centre cartouche to the front, and a hinged easel to the back. Mounted on a faded fabric reverse, which was originally blue velvet. Measuring height 24.5cm / 9.6 inches by width 20.2cm / 7.95 inches. The frame is stamped with an anchor, a lion, and the date letter is 'd'. The makers mark is HH&S for Henry Hobson & Sons. This means that the silver mirror is sterling silver, assayed in Birmingham, England and is dated 1903. The mirror is in very good condition, the lovely silver frame has some denting and scratching. This timeless and elegant French Chistofle vintage ice or champagne bucket is Mid-Century Modern. It is hallmarked on the bottom with the Christofle France mark and Orfevre makers mark. it reads Coll Gallia from that particular collection. This is an early piece late 50s or early 60s. It has great gage of weight and the 4 step pedestal base makes for an Art Deco to transitional to modern look. This was the original production. The Gallia collection was produced as per Christofle in Saint Denis just north of Paris. Perfect for your entertaining needs and barware.
