Very Well Made 2 Arm Solid Brass Revival Sconces Pair
About the Item
Wonderful sconces designed to fit into several of the decorating styles of their time, Tudor, Spanish Revival, Craftsman, Storybook, and/or Gothic. There is a lot going on with these sconces which one would not notice at first glance. The keen balance between movement and rigidity almost goes unnoticed, like the fabric folds on the corners of the square backplate or how the curves of the candle stick handles flow into the curves at the ends of the crossbar. Other intricacies await those who take a moment to take a good look.
Solid brass construction with the casting sharp, straight, and defines. Refinished to match their original color and patina.
