Italian silk & walnut briar root art deco armchairs, set of 2
About the Item
Beautiful pair of deco armchairs produced in Italy around 1930. The armchair are made of a walnut briar root structure with silk upholstered seat and backrest. Overall good condition: the wooden structures have been refinished; the upholsteries with their nice deco design are kept original. Due to its time and use the fabric show light signs of wear, stains and small defects. Some tearings next to the wooden structures frame. The straps and the padding are also original and in usable condition, but a strapping operation would be recommended.
