Royal House Antiques Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this lovely pair of Antique Victorian oak dining table benches Please note the delivery fee listed is just a guide, it covers within the M25 only for the UK and local Europe only for international, if you would like an accurate quote please send me your postcode and I’ll provide you with the exact price A good looking well made and decorative pair of benches, ideally suited to go with a 19th century refectory dining table They are nicely made with in that style that the Victorians were famous for, they look simple but are actually elegant Condition wise they are have been deep cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished, there will be age and use related patina marks all over as you would expect Dimensions Height:- 44.5cm Width:- 199.5cm Depth:- 30cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask.     A rare and impressive hall bench / settle from Moreton Hall in Lancashire United Kingdom, circa 1830s. Made of oak featuring serpentine hand carved form with lion passant holding an acorn, heavy acanthus leaf foliate and swags. The bench showcases impressive dog bone arms with ornate scrolling. The seat is supported by robust legs carved throughout with scrolled foot over plinth. The settle is a true masterpiece!
