Antique Extra Large Windsor Country Chair 19th Century Ash and Sycamore English
About the Item
A very large English country Windsor chair from the 19th Century.
Very large proportions, wonderful turned bulbous legs and double stretcher detail. Sycamore arms and back rest, large Ash Seat. Dates from the 1880s.
The wood is wonderfully patinated with rich colouring, some distressing through use on the seat, adding to the authenticity of the chair.
An exceptional chair of large proportions, beautiful colour and patination.
