A beautiful lounge chair, model "Boxer", designed by Kwok Hoï Chan and manufactured by Steiner, France in 1971.
These beautiful chair has a smooth design with a high quality chrome-plated one-piece tubular frame, one of the trademarks of Kwok Hoi Chan's designs. It has the beautiful original beige suede upholstery, adding a true touch of luxury that matches the chrome frame very well. The "floating" structure of the frame together with the deep seat, this piece has an excellent seating comfort.
They remain in good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.

Kwok Hoi Chan
Kwok Hoi Chan was an emblematic figure of international design who emigrated from Hong Kong to England and France. In France, he paired up with the Parisian manufacturer Steiner. Even though Chan was deeply invested in European and international design, he has always stayed loyal to his Chinese origins. His furniture resembles an imaginary alphabet borrowed from Chinese calligraphy. His trademark is a suspended tubular frame which is combined with an organic shaped seating.
