Lounge Chair by Maarten van Severen for Vitra ( 2000): These comfortable lounge chairs can be easily (and safely) tilted back by shifting your body weight, thus creating a lounge bed. Note that this edition is suitable for outdoor use, as it does not have a leather pillow but a rubber one instead. About the designer: Maarten Van Severen was a Belgian furniture designer renowned for his minimalist yet innovative creations.
