These fabulous wingbacks attributed to Gio Ponti have gone through a full transformation. Stripped to the bone, re-eight-way-hand-tied, Danish wool tweed, and sheepskin. Bellissimo!!!
Beautiful vintage pair in a new and modern look. In the style of Mogens Lassen, Flemming Lassen, Fritz Hansen. But, these are Italian chairs. Based on the style and frame and construction, we believe they are in fact Gio Ponti. Between the many layers of original fabric, Italian coins were discovered.
