About the Item

An antique Japanese Tansu clothing cabinet from the early 20th century, with mirrored door and iron hardware. Created in Japan during the early years of the 20th century, this tansu cabinet features a rectangular top with iron braces, sitting above two doors, a mirrored one and a wooden one. These doors open thanks to small handles to a convenient interior while the sides presents small iron retractable handles that can be lifted up to move the piece more easily. With its linear silhouette and complimenting colors, this early 20th century Japanese tansu clothing cabinet will bring a touch of simple elegance to any living room, bedroom or hallway.
