This antique cupboard, crafted during the early Showa period in Japan. Crafted using high-quality Japanese cypress and cedar woods, it combines durability with aesthetic appeal. The front features transparent glass sliding doors that elegantly display the contents, whether they be dishes or decorative items. It also includes eight drawers, making it easy to organize smaller items. The cabinet is constructed using the traditional Japanese "kamachi-zukuri" technique, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship. "Kamachi-zukuri" is a traditional Japanese construction technique, commonly used in furniture making. This method supports the overall structure by creating a frame. Furniture made using this technique is renowned for its sturdy construction and traditional beauty, ensuring it will be cherished for a long time. Not only is this piece functional as a cabinet, but it can also serve beautifully as a display case. Its design, which evokes a sense of history, will add a sophisticated touch to any room. An anti-tip bracket is included on the back. Cleaned and disinfected with non-toxic solution. The doors and drawers moves smoothly.
