19th C. Knee Hole Partners Desk With Tooled Olive Leather Top
About the Item
A fine mahogany knee hole desk, the top with carved edge and inset olive green embossed leather writing surface. The front with three frieze drawers over three short drawers on each side with fine brass knob pulls with a swirled pattern. The back and side panels with carved moldings, the back ones open to storage, with three frieze drawers also. Lacking a key and an interior shelf to one of the cubbies.
L. 58 1/2", Depth 40", H. 29 1/2"
Condition: Please see all detail photos. There is some wear to the leather including age-related minor marks and scuffs and a crack across the leather top. Otherwise there are expected nicks, rubs and some light scratches to the wood which do not diminish the fine presentation.
