About the Item

A 1940s Mid century Modern Paul Frankl Cabinet Chest of Drawers. A part of the station wagon series in contrasting Philippine and Rock Mahogany and Maple featuring brass and leather handles. Interiors of the drawers in oak. Manufactured by the Johnson Furniture company in the 1950s, this is one of the most coveted of Paul Frankl’s designs. Very much in the manner of Hermes this piece is universal and can be used in many designs. Condition: Professionally refinished. Replaced leather handles. Polished brass hardware. Ready for another lifetime of use. Dimensions: 44”W x 45.75”H x 22 1/8”D Shipping: This cabinet will be shipped by a personal courier.
