About the Item
This mid-century sideboard in teak was produced in Great Britain by Mcintosh in the 1960s. The sideboard has three drawers and a cabinet, on the right side there is a bar with pull-out top. Sideboard made of teak wood with profiled handles. The teak elements have been cleaned from the old surface, painted rosewood stain and finished with quality Danish Oil.

Tom Robertson
Born in Little Rock, Arkansas, on July 19, 1911, Thomas Robertson was known for his stylized portraits in the 1930s. His work evolved into non-objective imagery in the 1940s. Robertson studied serigraphy in New Orleans in the 1930s and began to concentrate on printmaking around the 1940s. Robertson became an advocate of prints as affordable original works of art and presented lectures demonstrating the silkscreen technique. Robertson lived the remainder of his life in the small town of Albion in Northern California, where he died on May 25, 1976.
