About the Item
A stunning and very unusual vintage elm and walnut sideboard by Ian Audley for GW Evans. This was made in England, it dates from the 1950’s.
It has has a walnut carcass, elm sliding doors and lovely grooved etched patterns in a half helix design on the doors. It is a very useful size and is of superb quality.
The front is also angled at a slight slope, giving this an even more interesting design.
The condition is excellent throughout, we have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard.
