Art Nouveau Carved Jadeite and Pearl Station Bracelet
About the Item
The natural, untreated, Type A jadeite in this delightful station bracelet boasts a vibrant, mottled green color in the undulating oval carved plaques. The unmistakable beauty of the Art Nouveau era is exemplified in this antique bracelet, punctuated by lustrous pearls and richly patinated 14k gold links. The piercings allowed their Chinese owners to sew these jade amulets on clothing to boast their status and wealth as well as for protection and good fortune.
