Pauline Trigère Gilt Metal Multi-Disc Cascade Bib Necklace
About the Item
Pauline Trigère vintage waterfall bib style necklace made from linked rectangular slightly Brutalist styled plaques. Adjustable chain link at the back allows for a comfortable fit. Unsigned, provenance from the estate of Phyllis McGuire, of the famous singing sister trio from the 1950's. This necklace is dated between 1980-1990. In excellent condition, bright 24 carat shine to the gilded metal. Worn with Ms. McGuires many custom Pauline Trigère gowns and cocktail dresses designed for performance and private wear in her legendary Las Vegas home. No signs of repairs or wear. A great piece worn inside a V-neck dress or over a casual mock turtleneck. 10.5" length of bib, 5.75" wide at top of bib, chains 5" each side.
