Product Manager - Conversion

We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager who will be responsible for launching products that ensure the health of our marketplace. In this role, you'll be joining the Platform Conversion Team, a team comprised of product and engineering leaders who share a passion for driving engagement with one-of-a-kind products and helping small businesses close sales. You will be responsible for building features that increase engagement with inventory, as well as facilitate seamless communication between buyers and sellers. You will lead cross-functional teams and be empowered to work with Engineering and Design to define the roadmap, drive strategy, prioritize and plan initiatives. As a critical member of our organization, you have the opportunity to shape our overall product strategy and impact our business goals.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Work with Design, Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy that is informed by our growth projections and business objectives
  • Evaluate existing pain points in our buyer and dealer experiences and to help shape product enhancements and roadmap
  • Identify key success metrics, and work with analytics to analyze the results of product changes
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader to collaborate with various teams to drive new product initiatives
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, setting expectations with all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage projects using agile methodologies

What you'll bring:

  • Understanding of digital user behavior and UX standards, with experience in product discovery and user testing
  • 3+ years of experience in product management using agile methodologies
  • Experience with A/B testing, SQL, and user-centered design
  • Possess strong verbal, written and visual presentation skills with a deep understanding of the value in storytelling
  • Experience working with many cross-functional stakeholders to drive consensus
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, direct and organize product roadmaps
  • Experience effectively prioritizing features and bugs to maintain team focus
  • Strong ability to use metrics to inform decision making
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and high growth environment

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience building messaging products, including email, SMS and on-site communication
