Revenue Operations Analyst

As the Revenue Operations Analyst, you will focus on maximizing revenue potential and Sales team productivity across Trade (B2B) and Consumer teams. You will be responsible for reviewing the business against plan targets on an ongoing basis and delivering digestible and succinct performance recaps to Rev Ops leadership. You will develop an understanding of key performance indicators, such as performance to plan, account churn, and growth in accounts and make recommendations accordingly.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze performance and speak to findings
    • Present key insights around activation and retention in weekly business reviews with sales teams in a succinct and digestible manner to enable discussion around next steps to drive the business
    • Streamline KPIs tracked in business reviews and audit content regularly to keep performance recaps succinct but substantive enough to be actionable
    • Partner with the Senior Manager of Rev Ops to measure ROI of various initiatives, such as the loyalty program, in-market events, promotions and etc.
    • Work on special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed
  • Identify risks/opportunities
    • Work in partnership with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product and Analytics to identify data or analysis gaps and work independently to engineer potential solutions
    • Make recommendations to Rev Ops leadership based on trends identified in analyses
    • Build models to help size the opportunity, estimated costs, and conversion associated with promotions, new additions to the member benefits etc.
  • Manage recurring reporting/analyses
    • Support Senior Manager of Rev Ops in managing a reporting calendar that addresses the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual analysis needs required to forecast trends
    • Own dashboard and report creation for Trade (B2B) and Consumer Sales teams; including but not limited to: quarterly quota tracking and monitoring progress of key initiatives 
    • Own updating weekly business performance deck in partnership with the Senior Manager of Rev Ops to analyze the business and distill into key insights for broader sales leadership and Executive team consumption

 

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Strong excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, graphing tools) required
  • 1-2 years experience in Merchandise Planning, Consulting, FP&A, Banking or Operations preferred
  • Experience with SQL, Looker or Google Analytics a plus
