Sales & Advertising Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Dealer Sales & Advertising Operations Coordinator who can support the Sales Director and the Dealer Sales & Ad Sales teams in North America.  This individual will focus on tracking & reporting sales data, and resolving problems as the sales team grows, with potential to expand the role. This person will be working cross-functionally within the company, as well as with external stakeholders. Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment is crucial.


This role will require a business-minded individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at communicating with individuals in the luxury market.  Additionally the role will require working closely with our Sales Director, Sales Executives, advertising clients and internal team of category specialists, who have been responsible for sales in the past and will continue to play an integral role in the process.

What you’ll do

  • Target and assign potential advertising leads to the Ad Sales pipeline
  • Liaise directly with advertisers and internal Creative Services team
  • Participate in seasonal and dealer-specific promotions to sell campaigns and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Ad Server Management - Upload campaigns on a weekly basis, manage impressions served to each in order to ensure fulfillment of guarantees
  • Create monthly sales report for Dealer Sales and Ad Sales
  • Provide monthly analytics to advertisers
  • Carry out ad hoc projects and support as assigned by Sales Director (can include vetting projects, lead prospecting, working with specialists, supporting Sales Executives, etc.)
  • Monitor payment for all advertising campaigns, including performing the weekly charges and maintaining financial reports


What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years’ experience in either a sales support, operations, client-facing, or customer service role preferred
  • Exceptional communication (written and oral), presentation, listening and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-help attitude
  • Creative interest in design
  • Experience working with luxury goods a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in using DoubleClick for Publishers (or other similar ad servers) a plus
