Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing

We are looking to grow our talented team of marketers. As the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will be the category marketing lead for our largest vertical, Furniture. You will be responsible for leading cross-channel marketing efforts to drive awareness, traffic, customer acquisition and engagement. Additionally, you will devise sales strategies and expand our seller partnerships program to support the Furniture category and drive growth. 

This is a cross-functional role that will involve working with internal and external stakeholders. You will work in close partnership with marketing channel leads, supply-side leaders, and partners in Product, to drive customer engagement, seller retention, and revenue growth.


What you’ll do

Marketing Strategy & Execution  

  • Drive growth in new and repeat customers by developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
    • Paid media strategy across Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Display etc.
    • Email touchpoints (promotional, triggered and transactional)
    • Site and mobile app experiences 
    • Print (catalog, direct mail), Social, Editorial, PR, Events and more
    • Trade (Interior Designers) marketing 
  • Lead our cross-vertical Sale strategy; partner with Marketing, Supply and Product to identify opportunities to optimize and drive performance 
  • Drive end-to-end campaign development and execution​

Marketing Partnerships

  • Develop and execute high-impact seller partnerships; craft brand and third-party proposals that accurately deliver category growth opportunities
  • Develop supporting online, offline and social marketing strategy to amplify programming

Measurement & Effectiveness 

  • Work with channel owners and Analytics to test and measure campaign strategies to optimize performance and marketing channels
  • Analyze KPIs and provide feedback to various stakeholders for recalibration
  • Leverage research, consumer insights and market trends to formulate learnings that will inform product positioning, marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships


What you’ll bring

  • A passion for brand and growth marketing with a track record that shows it
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience and/or e-commerce experience 
  • Experience working a nimble team environment with fast-growing expectations
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented enough to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills with ability to lead meetings with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable and effective as an individual contributor with a relatively high degree of autonomy
  • Experience driving third-party partnerships a plus 
  • Experience working in Home, Design or Luxury a plus
