Set with a natural unenhanced oval old cut Burmese sapphire to centre in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 5.56 carats, encircled by three rows of round brilliant cut diamonds and further set to the shoulders in open back grain and cutdown settings, seventy eight in total with an approximate combined weight of 1.50 carats, to an elegant oval bombe cluster with intricate pierced honeycomb and square backholing, with heavy trumpeted shoulders tapering down to a solid D-shape shank.
