About the Item

Houston artist Al Bates (1931-...). Charcoal on a thin tracing paper. Signed lower right. Depicting the chicken ranch, with Bonnie and Clyde. Measures: 17 1/2" x 23 1/2". The custom-made frame, which also is work of art, was created by Argentinian framer Carlos Sanchez. The circles representing "Time tunnels" going back in time, circa 1970s.
