Brit describes this piece as shimmering light waves through soft clouds, lifting the mountains above the earth. "I enjoy combining organic forms with simple lines as I strive to capture the essence of the landscape and my experience of that moment," she explains. The highly textured surface and low relief effects are created by a combination of embossed papers and layering of acrylic paint.
