Tiffany Lee"Cherry Blossom" Contemporary Abstract Paper Collage
About the Item
Pink and green tonal abstract paper collage done by contemporary artist Tiffany Lee. The work is titled "Cherry Blossom". It is not framed.
Artist Biography:
At the impressionable age of eighteen, Heng-Hui (Tiffany) Lee immigrated to the United States
from Taiwan. Although western influence has expanded her ability to create and express new
concepts, her Asian roots resurface in the infinite detail displayed in her artwork. Since 1986,
while obtaining her bachelors and MFA, with an emphasis in interior design/environmental
design, from the University of Houston, she first began creating and expanding her use of paper
collages, sculptures and jewelry. Her interior design and architectural skills allow her to use a
layering effect on many of her pieces similar to the structures and substances used in
architecture design and construction.
Tiffany’s artwork was included in the juried Third Annual International Exhibition of Women’s Art
in SOHO, New York City. In addition, her work was selected for the Sixty Fourth Annual
National Art Exhibition in Cooperstown, New York. Furthermore, Tiffany also participated in the
Sixth Annual Women’s Art show in San Antonio, Texas. Her work is published (P.I.E.) in
“Advertising Greeting Cards”, a collection of greeting cards from around the world. She was
also featured in the Museum and Arts magazine.
During 2019 Tiffany’s paper collage was included in a juried exhibition (Lines, Shapes &
Objects) sponsored by Fusion Art. In addition, her artwork was also accepted in “Show Your
Paper” exhibition, juried by Kathryn Markel, at the Women Made Gallery in Chicago.
