Artist Comments
This is an imaginative abstracted landscape with bright summer colors. The piece is on a cradled wood panel with finished edges. It comes varnished and ready to hang.
About the Artist
English artist Sidonie Caron lives in the Pacific Northwest, where her art draws influence from Oregon’s natural beauty. Her brushstrokes are often loose yet retain the ability to depict small details–the foam of waves, a sparkling river reflection, the light hitting blades of grass. Each landscape embodies the mood of the scene. Sidonie’s color choices convey the difference between a warm sunny day, a blustery coastal afternoon, and a cool, misty outing near the water.

- French Canal, Original PaintingBy Janet DyerLocated in San Francisco, CA
Artist Comments
Artist Janet Dyer depicts a lush green garden accented with a lazy brook reflecting the trees and clear sky above. "The grounds of French chateaux are usually extremely manicured," says Janet. "With geometrically designed features like straight-edged canals, the manor residence shows its preference of the time for order and symmetry."About the Artist
Janet Dyer doesn’t like to spend too much time talking about her art, as she’d rather be creating it. She doesn’t have an artist statement, the traditional statement of purpose crafted by visual artists to explain their method. On becoming an artist, Janet simply states, “I picked up some crayons and pencils and brushes and kept using them.†She believes the process of creating art is equal in importance to the final product. The artist enjoys relinquishing control of her paintings to find delightful surprises in her so-called “mistakes.†Janet's expressively gestural yet bucolic landscapes are a testament to the success of her method.Words that describe this painting: France, water, sunny, summer, brook, river, stream, garden, Europe, trees, hedge, landscape, impressionism, acrylicpaint, reflection, impressionism, landscape, acrylic painting, green

- Beach Flowers, Original PaintingBy Amanda DaggLocated in San Francisco, CA
Artist Comments
Artist Amanda Dagg offers a calm and peaceful view of the ocean from a parted path of tall foliage and blue flowers. "Memories of visiting the beach as a child always resurfaces," shares Amanda. "I remember the joy and freedom I felt just from a glimpse of the ocean amongst the tall seagrasses."About the Artist
Artist Amanda Dagg paints richly textured landscapes brimming with colorful flowers. "I want people to feel a bit of joy, happiness or love, and a sentiment of peace and stillness when viewing my art," says Amanda. At the age of 10, a family friend taught her how to paint using a palette knife. Later in school, her art teacher guided her on how to meditate before drawing and painting. However, it wasn’t until pursuing evening art classes as an adult that Amanda was encouraged to become a professional artist. "My tutor believed in me before I believed in myself," she remembers. At the time, Amanda had four small children and wasn't able to develop relationships with local galleries, so she began showing her work online. She painted prolifically and soon made connections around the world. Today, she's sold over 3,000 paintings online and in galleries. Her patrons include private collectors, nightclubs, churches, and restaurants, and even a Premier League football player. When she's not painting, she loves spending time in nature, camping, kayaking and bird watching.Words that describe this painting: flowers, floral, beach, seascape, impasto, flora, grass, impressionism, acrylicpaint, impressionism, seascape, flora, acrylic painting, blue
