"Nan's works first astound you by their size and lushness of color and then grab you for their quality. I stood in front of her canvases for several minutes and then walked away. And returned.
Her thick and lush oil paints are oozing and flowing on the canvas and you can't but recall a torrent of water coming out of a hose, finding it's own tunnels on the ground.
Nan is a spontaneous artist, not an impulsive one. Her canvases are thought out methodically and executed with tremendous force.
The artist's works are in many renounced collections in the U.S."
