Mid century nude figure study of a woman in a blue chair by California artist Genevieve Rogers (American, 1904-1984). Unsigned, but acquired with a collection of her work. Presented in a new off-white mat with foamcore backing. Paper size: 20"H x 16"L.
Genevieve Rogers was born in 1904 in New York. She resided in Pacific Grove, California where she was active as an artist, painting mostly landscapes and figurative works, until her death in 1984.
