About the Item
"Make Me One with Everything No. 2" is the second piece to complete the work by Indian artist Ritu Sinha. Complimenting its confrontational counterpart with wistful hope from a young child. The work will be shipped rolled. If you’d like to have it shipped stretched, inquire for shipping price.
"The portrait of a child with the comic characters narrates the life sketch of Buddha reserved in my mind. To some extent, I am inspired by the feelings of the parents of Siddhartha, and this too has its narrative anchored in today's time and the feelings of the mother. It is a combination of fantasy and feelings of a child and mother. But, there is still a border between imagination and reality. These paintings are from my series "Frame of Mind," in which these paintings depict the role of women and their routine experiences of life. In my paintings, the spirit is inspired by Expressionists, while the treatment is Fauvists. It conveys emotions i.e., empathy rather than reality - charged with emotional and spiritual visions of the present society."
