This painting is from my collection of cityscapes. It is inspired from my photos of New York City.
About the Artist
Carey Parks-Schwartz recreates the nostalgia of a family album in her familiar scenes. Some of her works actually take inspiration from her own photographs and places she has visited. She also creates up-close portraits and colorful landscapes. She frequently mixes paint directly on the canvas to create interesting color mixtures.
