Jan Pawlowski Polish, b. 1949 Pawlowski was born in 1949 in Poland. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. In 1979 he was awarded his "authorization and certification" by the Ministry of Arts and Culture in Warsaw. This recognition is the ultimate achievement for Polish artists.
