A fine impressionist Boston, Massachusetts area landscape oil painting by American artist C. Myron Clark (1858-1925). Clark was an active Massachusetts painter, known for his ship portraits and mountain landscapes. Oil on canvasboard, signed lower left, as well as signed and title inscribed on verso “On the Charles, Watertown,” dated Oct. 1916, and housed in a decorative carved wooden frame. Dimensions: 8.75 in H x 13.5 in W, actual; 11.5 in H x 16 in W, framed. Ref: 4973
