A vibrant California coastal scene showing a view of a deserted, white sand beach with a distant sailboat visible through the branches of an elegant Cypress tree. Signed lower right, 'Murray' and painted circa 2015. Born in Los Angeles, this listed California artist spent three years studying art in Switzerland and a further year in Italy at St. Michael's School outside Florence. She currently lives and paints in Pacific Grove California and is known for her delicate, textured seascapes and landscapes of Monterey, Carmel and the surrounding areas.
