Nymira Gray
Zuto (COLOR SERIES), Painting, Acrylic on Canvas

2018

About the Item

This painting is 20" x 20" (1.5" deep), professional grade acrylics on gallery wrapped, professional grade cotton canvas. I work in heavy body acrylics, the fast drying nature of which is perfect for my technique, which uses many quick textured layers, working with palette knives and brushes. All my paintings are created using only the three primary colors, plus black and white. Every other color is mixed on the palette from those basic colors. It is wired on the back, and ready to hang! It is initialed on the front, signed on the back, and comes with a certificate of authenticity. As always, if you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to contact me! [Please note: International deliveries may be subject to local customs duties, which vary from country to country. Local customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.] :: Painting :: Contemporary :: This piece comes with an official certificate of authenticity signed by the artist :: Ready to Hang: Yes :: Signed: Yes :: Signature Location: Initialed on front Signed on back :: Canvas :: Diagonal :: Original :: Framed: No

  • On Earth, Painting, Acrylic on Paper
    By Suz Shippey Borski
    Located in Yardley, PA
“On Earth We're Briefly Gorgeous”, a beautiful book by Ocean Vuoung - this painting represents my vision of this book title. The color green relates to earth, balance and harmony. From a color psychology perspective, it is the great balancer of the heart and the emotions, creating equilibrium between the head and the heart. From a color perspective, green is also the color of growth, the color of spring, of renewal and rebirth. It renews and restores depleted energy. It is the sanctuary away from the stresses of modern living, restoring us back to a sense of well being. Making art out of emptiness - what emerges is a gift. Artistry is a dynamic flow that opens the world to oneness - we are all connected. This fresh artwork is influenced by Asian Brush painting...
