Ceravolo's just completed "Frankie Baby" based on Frankenstein's Monster is an original painting on canvas that measures a large 62x50" framed. It is in a style that Ceravolo has dubbed "New Pop". The painting features Ceravolo's interpretation of his concept in creating the "New Pop" style. Showing that a very stylized painting could be created of a famous image while using simplified shapes within the painting. Much less detail than the typical Pop art style. In this painting, "Frankie" has no nose, eyes or lips yet you know that is Frankenstein.
Ceravolo is one of The Hampton's most popular urban Pop artists whose work is collected by Elton John, Rod Stewart, and Alice Cooper among others. He has been call the "Rock and Roll Painter" and "Painter of the Stars of Rock" by the media.
