The beautiful painting created by Ciro De Rosa is a work that portrays three elderly philosophers with readings, it is a work of classicist derivation, you can see it from the way he lets the rustling robes fall on a very dark background. He is inspired by the works of Italian painter and engraver Guido Reni, one of the greatest exponents of seventeenth-century classicism.
