Will Kay is an Atlanta native who studied at both Auburn University and San Francisco Institute of Art. Kay creates abstract works through a variety of media in order to create what he calls "energy fields of abstraction." In this series of paintings, Kay is relies on scale and motion when composing portraits of his models. Will Kay has shown work at Emily Amy Gallery, The Spruill Art Center, The Swan Coach House and Mason Murer Fine Art. "Vibration & Rhythm" is a cubist inspired portrait. Is has a mostly warm color palate, with the exception of just a few cool gray shapes.
