This striking and unusual gouache by Guy Nicod presents a boldly abstract composition built from flowing draped fabrics, irregular cream-coloured shapes, and strong vertical structures. Rather than depicting a traditional still life or figurative scene, the work explores the dynamic tension between soft, folded material and rigid upright forms.
