The deterioration is the result of the film's chemical reaction from decades of sitting in non-archival plastic sleeves, resulting in striking new imagery. Robert noticed the changes in his archives during the 1990s, and decided to stop the transformation and preserve the images in their current state in 2013. No retouching or digital manipulation has been used. Robert Farber's global recognition has been established through his books, fine art exhibitions, lectures, interviews and award-winning advertising campaigns. All in the genres of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. Robert Farber’s style has influenced generations of photographers.
