Massimo Listri is a Florence-based photographer whose work often presents interiors of great architectural and cultural importance, some open to the public, others not easily accessible. Listri has been described as an extraordinary 'sceneographer', a term more commonly associated with movies and theater. He has photographed ancient castles, villas and palaces, as well as hidden gardens, libraries, convents, monasteries, and universities.

Listri has the extraordinary ability to capture all the small details that make the difference and reveal all the stories that remain hidden behind the surface.
