Signed "Richard Singer" and dated "13" lower right. Titled "Capitola Sunrise 3" and signed "Richard Singer" on verso. Unframed. Image size, 16"H x 20"W. Richard F. Singer followed in the steps of his father a professional photographer and an artistic director, he studied at the New York School of Visual Arts. A fine art landscape photographer influenced by Ansel Adams and living in Santa Cruz, California.
