A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Timothy White was born in Fort Lee, New Jersey, and currently resides in New York City. For over twenty years he has been one of the most prolific and sought after celebrity photographers in the country. White has contributed to the covers of virtually every high-profile publication, (Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, Playboy) hundreds of movie posters for Hollywood’s top studios, (Sony, Paramount, Universal) and album covers for a remarkable roster of musicians, (Bruce Springsteen, Aretha Franklin, Jon Bon Jovi).
Named one of the most important people in photography by American Photo, Timothy White is the recipient of several photography and film awards, including the 2004 International Photographer of the Year. Many of White’s photographs are exhibited in galleries and museums worldwide.
