This circa 1970s Cubist monotype on paper scene of two figures at a table is by East Coast painter, printmaker, and designer Jane Mitchell (1915-1988). Mitchell studied Art History and Fine Art at Wheaton College and University of Iowa. She lived and worked in Ibiza, Spain during the 1950s-60s and exhibited throughout the U.S. and Spain during her lifetime. Signed lower right. Piece will arrive matted to fit a standard sized frame.
