Modern Cubist Abstract in Primary Colors, A/P by Juan Quevedo "Linias Emocionales", a bold and bright cubist abstract artist proof screen print by Juan Quevedo (Peruvian, b.1952), 2002. Elements of figures and musical instruments are composed into a fractured abstract, with blue, red, and yellow geometric shapes. A highly detailed and attention to detail in this screen print with a elevated layering process to give a three dimensional feeling and texture to the image. Signed and dated lower right. Titled "Linias Emocionales" with edition number A/P lower left. Displayed in a black vinyl frame, mounted on black with navy blue over mat. Paper size: 10"H x 4.75"W. Juan Quevedo was born in Lima, Peru in 1952 and came to the United States in 1970. He began perfecting his craft at a very young age and also attended The Institute of Art in Lima, Peru and the Royal Academy of Art in Madrid, Spain. He became a well-known artist and was a former exhibiter at Festival of Arts in Laguna Beach, California.
