Original lithograph: POINT BLEU RADIO. Artist: Pierre. Baudouin (1921 - 1971). Size is 31" x 47". Archival linen backed and ready to frame.
Cleaned and restored rare original French antique radio poster.
The image of the earth floating in a sea of light blue above the darker blue waves of the Point Blue Radio logo. The waves and the logo support the image of the earth in the sky. Radios in 1949 would have been our televisions of yesterday and the computers and connections we use today.
French vintage radio poster printed on natural unbleached cotton paper. The background color is a light yellow color, The poster has some surface wear, but it is in otherwise very good condition. Ready to frame. Start of a mid-century modern time frame.
This POINT BLEU is an Original Lithograph Vintage Poster, not a reproduction. This poster is professionally acid-free conservation mounted, linen backed, and in excellent condition. Along the bottom, the translation is “faithful reflection of the world!”
