Additional Details: Edition size of 108 signed and numbered in pencil, lower right hand side, no margins. The image was originally created by Larry Rivers to commemorate the Lincoln’s Center 20th anniversary.
An artist, musician, filmmaker and occasional actor, Larry Rivers was best known as a revolutionary, deliberately opposing the prevailing movements of the time for the thrill of challenging the status quo. In a career which spanned over 50 years, he is consistently identified as a Pop Art pioneer and one of most important artists in the figurative tradition.
