ZACHARY ZAVISLAK is a New York based photographer known for bringing inanimate objects to life with the use of light, contrasting colors and shadow. Mr. Zavislak studied graphic design and illustration at Virginia Commonwealth University but decided after graduation to follow his passion for photography. His work has been featured in publications such as Marie Claire, TIME Magazine, GQ, Bloomberg Businessweek and Details. Mr. Zavislak has received honors from the Society of Publication Designers (Gold Metal 2009), Art Directors Annual (Gold in Editorial Design 2010) and the AI-AP (2010, 2012).
