She combines her learned craftsmanship with a natural affinity for the creative process to explore various themes, including 'body sculpture', religion, culture, and philosophy, in order to create a distinct narrative and reasoning for her more symbolic and personal pieces. Hsu Yun Chin holds a BA in Fine Art Photography from Emily Carr University in Canada and an MA from the Royal College of Art in London. She is also a member of the Royal British Society of Sculptors, and her work has been exhibited and published internationally.
