Lina Binkele
Constelación Del Caballo Menor, Bronze Tabletop Sculpture by Binkele

About the Item

Bronze sculpture by Lina Binkele is a modern expressionist rendering of a horse. In the classic tradition, her horse sculptures capture the wonder of the animal's anatomy and the marvelous balance between strength and speed that made it the carrier of civilization for years. The visual effect of the finished piece is powerful, emotional, and dramatic. She concentrates on the muscular structure, isolating and abstracting it so that one can feel the mass and sense its unyielding organic power.
