\"\"<\/a>1. Why were you drawn to
\nBuenos Aires?<\/p>\n

In addition to my general intrigue, my partner is originally from Buenos Aires. I really wanted to get to know the city, and actually just returned from my second trip there. Being able to truly experience a city with a native leads to so much more insight and connection than visiting as a mere tourist. It\u2019s a snippet of real life there.<\/p>\n \n

2. What images and visuals do you \"\"<\/a>most closely associate with the city?<\/p>\n

The complete mix of architectural styles is fascinating. You can find examples of Spanish colonial, classic French, or 60s modern \u2014 often all on the same block. Texture is an important element to me and can be found everywhere in Buenos Aires. Beautifully aged buildings with worn layers, crumbled brick, and weathered wood interiors stand the test of time and maintain their integrity. Even the variety of bricks and their patterns on the sidewalks and streets provide inspiration.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>

3. What are three words you’d use to describe Buenos Aires?<\/p>\n

Eclectic, Layered, and Warm \u2014 exactly how I prefer my interiors.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>

4. Please share your favorite image from the board, with a short explanation of why you like it.<\/p>\n

One of my favorite images is this one I took at Bar Federal. With so much history behind this bar and restaurant, it still remains a warm and welcoming place for both locals and visitors. I love having a late lunch here after shopping and exploring the markets and shops of San Telmo.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>
